Grade compensation = 30+r/r = 30+300/300 = 330/300 = 1.1,
Ruling gradient = 3%,
Maximum limit of grade compensation = 75/300 = 0.25,
So compensated gradient = 3-0.25 = 2.75.
Ruling gradient = 3%,
Maximum limit of grade compensation = 75/300 = 0.25,
So compensated gradient = 3-0.25 = 2.75.

This answer is absolutely wrong. Because as per IRC recommendation grade compensation is not required for gradient flatter than 4%.
