Recommended by Indian Roads Congress.

For hill roads, the radius 150 metres no need to provide extra widening for any type of Road.

For 1 lane road if R>60--> Ew= 0.
For 2 lane road if R>300--> Ew= 0.

As this is a hill roads no extra widening is provided.

Provision of extra widening is nil, for a single lane of radius greater than 60m and for two-lane greater than 300 m.

As the radius 150 less than 300m, so widening of curves provide by.0.6m (when r=101 to 300) for two lane. So given answer is wrong.

150 < 300 so extra widening is provided.
