Effect of centrifugal force when there is not provided superelevation.
P is in outward direction pressure on the outward tyre is more compared to inner tyre so outer tyre pressure bulk > inner tyre so thus if supper elevation is not provided, Damage will form Outside form of Potholes.

If super elevation is provided on horizontal curves, then more pressure applied on outer edge only while taking a curve so if not provided super elevation where pr is more their is no any resistance, so pot holes developed on outer edge.

If no super elevation is provided at curves the pressure on the outer wheels will be more than the inner wheels so as pressure exterrd by the outer wheels is more there would be chance of potholes occuring at outer edge of the road only.

Due to centrifugal force on the curve, the vehicle tends to turn towards outside. So excess weight acts outer tyre and generates greater pressure. Thus outer side road surface gets more damage than inner side.

I think it is INNER edge. Because while overturning (lack of super elevation), outer edge of vehicles will rise and load transferred by an inner edge. So pot holes appear on inner edge.

Because of no superelevation provided on the curves, the vehicle will have a tendency to go outer direction and in the opposite direction, the centrifuge force will zero.

I think that it may be the center because potholes are generated when the traffic load is more and for 2 lanes 2-way traffic maximum traffic density is the center.

Centrifugal force will generate more pressure on outer wheels. So potholes will be in outer.

It should be inner of center road.
