There are two plastic hinges formed. One at the fixed support and another below the load.
Hence internal work done = Mo*(2*theta + theta) = 3Mo*theta.
External work done = P*delta = P*theta*(L/2).
Equating we get P = 6Mo/L.
Hence internal work done = Mo*(2*theta + theta) = 3Mo*theta.
External work done = P*delta = P*theta*(L/2).
Equating we get P = 6Mo/L.

q = wc÷ww (formula).
Wc=q*ww. Where wc-collapse load ,ww- working load.
I.W = E.W.
3mp * θ = p * q * L÷2 * θ
so,
q = 6 M0 ÷ L.
