Imbalance of the i.e weak in bearing capacity do cause overturning, backfill should be given precisely so as to be effective.

In rainy season the water comes through weep cracks due to this the whole pressure comes on the wall.

Overturning causes only when the Heel position get settled right? I think it is improper drainage.
