Here in question, it should be centre line length not centre to centre.
So if it's centre line length then, to get the length of a long walk (out to out) may be calculated by adding half breadth at each end to it's centre line length.
Similarly, for the short-wall, it will be - deducting half breadth from its centre line.
So if it's centre line length then, to get the length of a long walk (out to out) may be calculated by adding half breadth at each end to it's centre line length.

B is correct.
C/C distance + half breadth on each side (means 2 x half breadth).

In long and short wall methods of estimation, the length of the long wall should be out to out hence the answer is D) none of the above.
