We know that CPM is critical path method so we analysed critical path (longest path which have 0 float), by using the CPM method we determine the flot by using EST, EFT, LST, and LFT so we drow critical path with using 0 float, we also determine minimum cost to using critical schedule, and we also determine critical scheduling by observing critical path like how many days are available and how many actual days we have.
