In this question, we have asked about CONCRETE.
In 1st 28 days, it takes rapid strength and after that its strength keep on rising gradually with the passage of time it takes about 3 years approx to gain full strength.
In Case of CEMENT strength decreases.

Simply, the strength of concrete with the passage of time increase and strength of cement with the passage of time decrease.

Option A is wrong because the strength of concrete will reduce to the passage of time. I think option B will right.

In Ordinary concrete the strength remains same and in HVFA Concrete the strength increase proportionally to age.
