How it is possible that a single size aggregate having maximum bulk density if we use all aggregates circular then there will be voids in between them which can't be filled by another aggregate so its density will be less but if I use a well-graded aggregate that will also feel those unfilled voids and bulk density will become maximum.

Simply,

Single size aggregate can be termed as Fine aggregate, and Fine sand bulks more, Hence in single size aggregates, bulk density is maximum.

And also we use this for obtaining dense concrete.

@Garry. It asks which one is incorrect. So single size aggregate bulk density is maximum. So this is incorrect. So option C is the correct answer.

Single size aggregate has not max bulk density (Total mass/total volume). So option "c" is the incorrect one. So option c is the right choice.
