150 cm because they ask for maximum value, not minimum. So as per IS 456:2000 it is 1.5 m maximum and 1.0 m minimum height.

According to :

IS 456:1978 it is 100 cm.
IS 456:2000 it is 150 cm.

As per clause 13.2 of IS 456: 2000, the maximum permissible free fall of concrete to avoid segregation may be taken as 1.5 m or 150 cm.
