It is 27 X 27 X 48. 35 litres are chosen because, while doing nominal mixing ( like for M15 at 1:2:4) etc, the volume of 1 in cement represents 1 bag of cement which is of 0.035m3 which in turn is 35 Litres. So, the volume of container measuring should also be 35 Litres. Hence, the containers volume L * B * H. which is 27 * 27 * 48 which gives 35000ml => 35 L. The answer given in key is correct.
