Yeah, that's the Water is required 60% of the cement means if we are considering the 1 bag of 50kg then for water. It will become (60/100) 50 = 30 litres.

@Salman.
But here told ratio 1:3:6,
Where, 1=Cement, 3=Sand, and 6=Stone.
Therefore Sand + Stone = Aggregate.
So, sum total 3 + 6 = 9. [50x9 = 450Kg].

0.6 means 60 liter water per 100 kg cement as 1 bag of cement contains 50 kg of cement.
So 60/2 = 30 liter water required per bag of cement.
So 60/2 = 30 liter water required per bag of cement.

30 kg is correct because for 14 kg the WC ratio becomes 27 which is less than even the hydration water required for a single bag of cement.

Here the question is "the quantity of water required per bag and W/C ratio is 0.6" then the water required for 1 bag of cement is 30 Kg.

Generally, water cement ratio is taken in between 0.5-0.6.
@Nazim.
w/c= water/cement
0.5= water/1 bag
0.5= water/50kg
water= 25 litres.
@Nazim.

0.5= water/50kg
water= 25 litres.

Weight if water is given as: 30% of cement + 10% of fine aggregate + 1% of coarse aggregate. So, it should be 15+15+3 = 33 kg.

@ALL,
Aggregate = 50*3 = 150 kg is wrong.
It should be 50*6 as the aggregate ratio is 6 to that of 1 of cement.

3 times of cement is fine sand, aggregate is 6 times actually. How you can take aggregate 3 times? Explain please?

See 30%of cement means 0.3*50 kg = 15 kg.
5% of fine aggregate 0.05*150 = 7.5 kg.
0.6*(15+7.5) = 13.5 kg+14 kg.
5% of fine aggregate 0.05*150 = 7.5 kg.
0.6*(15+7.5) = 13.5 kg+14 kg.
