Here the question is about cement, not concrete structure so option A is incorrect.

We know that if the cement is stored, their strength will be reduced. If Stored for 6 months reduce strength up to 20%. If stored for 12 months reduce strength up to 40% and if stored 24 months reduce strength up to 50%. That means with time cement losses its strength.

So, Option A is correct.
