Volume = Height X Area = 0.18 X .3 = 0.54 m3.
And since 1m3 = 1000 litres therefore 0.54m3 = 54 litres volume.
So, option D is wrong.

.054 m3 with clearance but without clearance, only cement bag contains .035m3 volume.
