As a proportion of water required for ordinary concreting is 5% of F. Aggregates + 30% of cement (by weight), the correct answer seems to be [D].

In equation, if w/c value is computed. Then how can we find the value of water?

I think bz for preparing the concrete quantity of water is - 30% of the weight of cement (.3) and 5-10 % of the weight of fine aggregate .
So in this question, P is cement,
Y is fine aggregate and Z is coarse aggregate.
30% of P + 10 % of Y + 1% of z = W/C of P.
.3P + .1Y + 0.01Z = W/C* P.
So in this question, P is cement,
Y is fine aggregate and Z is coarse aggregate.
30% of P + 10 % of Y + 1% of z = W/C of P.
.3P + .1Y + 0.01Z = W/C* P.
