Ordinary Concrete means where the testing of concrete not taken and For M 100 to M 250 grade of concrete can be used without testing.

So M 400 is not used in Ordinary Concrete, it will be used for Controlled Concrete.

M20 & M40 both are not under the ordinary concrete, Both are under the standard concrete.
