For general R.C.C works in building, proportion of concrete is 1:1.5:3.

As per IS code, blow than M20 (1:1. 5:3) grades not used in Rcc work.

Yes, it is revised from m15 to m20, therefore ans is m20 i.e 1:1.5:3.
