A/c to IS 456: concrete mix designated in 7 grades.
M100,
M150,
M200,
M250,
M300,
M350,
M400.
For design mix Letter M refers to mix and number to specified characteristics compressive strength of 15 cm cube at 28 days in N/mm^2 or kg/cm^2.

@All.
Just read the question again they asking the number of grade, Not standard, not ordinary also not high strength.
So, Total no of grade is 15 (M10-M80).

The correct answer =3 grades.
The concrete mix = M10 M15 M20.
Design mix= M25 -M55.
High Concrete up to M80.
The concrete mix = M10 M15 M20.
Design mix= M25 -M55.
High Concrete up to M80.
