C]. If the slump increases, workability decreases----> Incorrect (more slump less consistency more workable).

D]. If the concrete mix is dry, the slump is maximum----> Incorrect (Dry mix has no water thus slump zero).

So, None of these is the correct answer.

If the slump is high means it is more workable, How the answer E is correct?

There is no direct relation between slump night and workability. So answer E is suited more.

The Segregation decreases the with workability.
Workability is affected by consistency.
If the concrete mix is dry, the slump will be minimum.
