If we increase water bleeding will happen. If we increase CA Honeycomb will occur because infront of that FA will decrease. The main moto of using the homogeneous (Coarse void should be filled by fine aggregate & fine aggregate void filled be Cement paste) mix proper proportion of aggregate.

So he answer is rich mix, which covers the surface of aggregate & reduce the internal friction.

Lubrication system will reduced the friction adding fine aggregate and rich mix will reduced the friction.
