High workable concrete is used in thin and heavily Reinforced structures. Less workable is used in mass concreting. The primary reason for less workable concrete in mass concreting is to avoid thermal stress developed due to the large volume of the heat of hydration. So, OPTION C is correct.

I think it should be "Thick Reinforcement & Heavily Reinforced".

Eg. 12 @ 25mm rod in a Column.
