High workable concrete is used in thin and heavily Reinforced structures. Less workable is used in mass concreting. The primary reason for less workable concrete in mass concreting is to avoid thermal stress developed due to the large volume of the heat of hydration. So, OPTION C is correct.

Yeah, D is the correct answer. Because in thin structure there may compaction is done by inserting the compaction needle from the surface but which can't be done in the case of the very thick structure.
