Coarse aggregate is that aggregate whose particles completely pass through 7.5 cm mesh sieve and which are entirely retained on 4.75 mm sieve.
Aggregate having particles greater than 7.5 cm is;

Different aggregates size
1) Clay = less than 0.002mm
2) Silt = 0.002 ------> 0.06mm.
3) Fine = 0.075 -----> 4.75mm.
4) Coarse = 4.75 -----> 75mm.
5) Cyclopen = 75 -----> 300mm.
