Here, the question is related to cement not a cement concrete.

So, Ratio = 1:6
size = 70.6mm
temp = 27±2.

The question is related for cement and not for concrete so answer A is correct.

D is in correct, but yes concrete is tested in 10*10*10 mould but compressive strength of 10*10*10 is more than stand design concrete.
