The answer should be segregation as bleeding is also a form of segregation.

In segregation, the water comes out with cement, so only water is coming in the bleeding case. The answer is bleeding.

Segregation is right answer as per my knowledge because when water is separated from mixture then its a bleeding process but when coarse material or sand, cement separated then its known as segregation.
