In this water from concrete comes out of the surface of concrete because of lower specific gravity.

It is seen in highly wet concrete or badly proportional mixes.

When water comes up with cement particles to the surface it is called Laitance.

SEGREGATION: Separation of coarse aggregates from mortar during transportation is known as segregation because they have different specific gravity.

Bleeding in fresh concrete refers to the process where free water in the mix is pushed upward to the surface due to the settlement of heavier solid particles such as cement and water. Some bleeding is normal but excessive bleeding can be problematic.

Segregation is right answer as per my knowledge because when water is separated from mixture then its a bleeding process but when coarse material or sand, cement separated then its known as segregation.

Bleeding is a form of segregation in which water present in the concrete mix is pushed upwards due to the settlement of cement and aggregate.

In segregation, the water comes out with cement, so only water is coming in the bleeding case. The answer is bleeding.

The answer should be segregation as bleeding is also a form of segregation.
