I think initial setting time should not less than 30 min right and final setting time 10 hours.

LPC:(Lime pozzolana cement)
Initial setting time= 120 min (2 hours).
Final setting time = 6 hours.
High alumina cement:
Initial setting time= 3.5 hours.
Final setting time= 5 hours.

Intensify the clinker grinding allowed supplementation does not impair the quality of the cement in an amount of not more than 0.5% by weight of cement. Initial setting time of cement should occur no earlier than 1.5 hours, and the end - no later than 10 hours from the start of mixing.
