If we start the production of brick in monsoon so the the water quantity would unbalance and the quality will decreasing.

Rain water causes mud to be compacted and may wash alkalies. The question is about weathering mud not brick itself.

It's binding capacity or strength increase in monsoon because rain water is pure and metal free.
