Rain water causes mud to be compacted and may wash alkalies. The question is about weathering mud not brick itself.

Why the weathering is preferred in monsoon because of the condition of atmosphere is some amount of humidity so while Weathering the clay there is no loss of water.

This answer is based on Bulls trench kiln used for brick burning.
This kiln not works in mansoon due to non permanent roof.
So in mansoon clay prepared and in other season manufacturing starts.

I think moisture present in clay doesn't sink and other time clay should be hard and crack form in the surface the of clay.

I think it's two reasons.
1) Due to time and money, In monsoon, the pressure of wind is so much high that dry the kacha brick more rapidly.
2) In monsoon, the air contain more moisture contents, which inter in the brick causing more hardness and strength.

The purpose of weathering is to soften and loosen the clay so that the moulding process will be easier. Rain water and high natural moisture content in monsoon is the best season for it.
After weathering the depleted minerals from clay are restored in the process of blending.

Weathering of brick is done in monsoon because due to raining the bebris and some organic material are removed from the soil. Due to directly exposed of soil in the atmosphere the decomposition of organic material takes place also.

Seems logical. Time and money can be saved by leaving the rain water to moisten the clay instead of fetching the water from an external source.

It's binding capacity or strength increase in monsoon because rain water is pure and metal free.
