The range of carbon up to 0.20%.
CAST IRON - 2.5-4.5 %.
STEEL - 0.1 - 1.1% OF CARBON But Here the Answer is 0.25%.

This answer is wrong according to Wikipedia. The correct one is 0.08 % which isn't mentioned in the options.
