What do you mean by filler in plastic bitumen?

I think that plastic powder please verify?

Is filler used to decrease the plasticity of bitumen?

I think "plastic powder" is the correct answer. When we use plastic powder as filler material in bitumen. Then its performance will be better than normal one.

I think if it is plastic bitumen it should be plastic powder to be used as filler material. Isn't it?

Fillers are particles added to material (plastics, composite material, concrete) to lower the consumption of more expensive binder material or to better some properties of the mixture material.

You are absolutely right @Wasim.

But what is plastic powder?

Given answer is right!

Asbestos powder or filler.

Asbetos powder is right because of it's complex structure it can easily fill up the voids and also provide good bonding between particles hence it is good substitute for binder material.

The quality and durability of bituminous road is influenced by the type and amount of filler material is used.
