Honeycombing is due to bad compaction. Not from the bad mixing of concrete. I think segregation is the right answer.

I think honey comb is correct answer because there is not confirm that segregation and bleeding condition.

Segregation is due to the improper placing and occurs due to over-vibration or compaction of concrete.

Honeycombing is also happen when it is not properly compacted. But I think all d options are right.

Ya segregation is the right answer. Honey combing is occurs due to presence of voids in it.

Honeycomb is form of void and hollow in concrete object. And we can say irregularly space.
