The standard size of the tread is 30cm and rise is 14 cm.
30*14 =420.

Rise 15cm and tread is 30cm,
then 15*30=450cm.

No, the rise is 7 inch. Tread is 10 inch. That means 17 cm and 25 cm. 17 * 25= 425.
It's correct.

product = 400.
sum = 60.
Riser = 16cm, Tread = 25cm.
sum = 60.
Riser = 16cm, Tread = 25cm.

Riser = 15 cm & Tread = 30 cm.
Example- In 1st Step Finishing Material 3 cm also this condition in 2nd step then overall height not change.
30 x 15 = 450.

While designing:
Riser = 15cm (concrete) - 3cm (finishing materia).
Tread = 30 cm.
= 420.
