The right answer is (D), because brick have L, B, H & the brick have standard size is (19, 9, 9) cm. So 19 cm is length of a brick & 9 cm*9 cm is the breath & height so the length of a brick is said (Stretcher) and breath & height is said (Header) in civil engineering So the right answer is (D).

When brick is laid with it's width facing i.e. it's 9*9 side then that course is referred as header.
