m.i about centroidal axis = bd3/12.
m.i about its base = bd3/3.
The ratio between them is 3/4.
m.i about its base = bd3/3.
The ratio between them is 3/4.

Moment of inertia about base = bh^3/3
Moment of inertia about C.G = bh^3/12
Ratio = (1/12) * (3/1) = 1:4
Moment of inertia about C.G = bh^3/12
Ratio = (1/12) * (3/1) = 1:4

Moment of Inertia @ Centroidal Axis = (bd^3) / 12.
Moment of inertia @ Base Axis = (bd^3)/3.
Ratio between (Centroidal Axis / Base Axis) = [{(bd^3)/12}/{(bd^3)/3}]
Ratio = 3 / 12.
The answer should equal to 1/4.
Answer - Option A is the correct answer.
