It is calculated as weighted avg. Of runway coordinates.
Lat. = (5000+8000+4600+7000) / 4 = 6150 (additional 0 is mistake).
Lon. = (5000+7000+5100+5300) / 4 = 5600.
Lat. = (5000+8000+4600+7000) / 4 = 6150 (additional 0 is mistake).
Lon. = (5000+7000+5100+5300) / 4 = 5600.
