Am I correct?
The actual runway length= 2,000 m.
Temperature correction:
1 degree --> 1%.
17 degree--> 17% extra.
Corrected runway length = 2000+((17/100)*2000) = 2340 m.
But how the answer is 2816 m.
Can anybody explain it?

@Aparna.
How you have taken actual value as 2000m & temperature correction as 1 degree?
Can you clarify me?

"The length of a runway under standard atmospheric conditions is 2000 m. If the actual reduced level of the site is 1200 m, if the aerodrome reference temperature is 17.2, the net designed length of the runway is" is the actual question.
