LOD = 2000 m.
Clearway length = 1/2(TOD " 115% of LOD),
D35( Distance to reach 35 feet or 10.5m height),
= 115% of LOD.
= 1.15 x 2000 = 2300m.
TOD( Takeoff distance).
= 115% of D35,
= 1.15 x 2300 = 2645m.
Clearway length = 0.5 x (2645 - 2300),
= 172.5m.

CL length = 1/2 (TOD - 1.15 * LOD).
LOD (Lift off distance) = 1.15 * D (10.5 m or 35 ft Height) = 1.15 * 2000 = 2300 m.
*TOD (Takeoff Distance) = 1.15 * D (10.5 m or 35 ft Height) = 1.15 * 2300 = 2645 m.
CL Length = 0.5 * (2645 - 2300) =172.5 m.
