Option C and D can be interchangeably used for taking off distance. 10.7m is generally the screen height that has to be attained by the aircraft before leaving the airport premises. The point where the entire takeoff velocity is obtained such that the thrust is equal to the weight of the aircraft, the aircraft becomes airborne and that is the take off distance. Lift of distance is where the nose of the aircraft is lifted off the ground so it can be the end of a runway.
