1) STP - Standard Temperature and Pressure - is defined by IUPAC (International Union of Pure and Applied Chemistry) as air at 0 oC (273.15 K, 32 oF) and 105 pascals (1 bar).
2) STP - commonly used in the Imperial and USA system of units - as air at 60oF (520oR, 15.6oC) and 14.696 psi (1 atm, 1.01325 bara) also named "1 Standard Atmosphere".
At these conditions, the volume of 1 mol of gas is 23.6442 liters.

Stp(standard temperature pressure) condition is 0°c at 1atm.
Isa (international standard atmosphere) condition is 15°c at 1atm.
So, the correct answer is option C which is 760 torr and 0°c.

STP (standard temperature and pressure) is:
P = 1 atm.
V = 22.4 L.
T = 274.15 K.
SATP (standard ambient temperature and pressure) is:
P = 1 bar.
V = 24.7 L.
T = 298.15 K.
P = 1 atm.
V = 22.4 L.
T = 274.15 K.

V = 24.7 L.
T = 298.15 K.

I think option C is Right.
And option A is not right because of S.T.P.AT temp. 273.15k. And the pressure 1 atm=760torr.

STP= 1 atm absolute & 15.5°c.
NTP= 1 atm absolute & 0°c.
NTP= 1 atm absolute & 0°c.

Answer is C.
STP - at 1 atm & 0°C.
1 atm =760 mmHg=760 torr.
STP - at 1 atm & 0°C.
1 atm =760 mmHg=760 torr.
