Stp(standard temperature pressure) condition is 0°c at 1atm.
Isa (international standard atmosphere) condition is 15°c at 1atm.
So, the correct answer is option C which is 760 torr and 0°c.

STP (standard temperature and pressure) is:
P = 1 atm.
V = 22.4 L.
T = 274.15 K.

SATP (standard ambient temperature and pressure) is:
P = 1 bar.
V = 24.7 L.
T = 298.15 K.
