TF has one positive zero hence it will inverse response and Initial slope is also positive which means response will initially increase then decrease.

1. Zeros: i.e. at least one root of the numerator is positive means it is showing an inverse response.
2. Overall gain is negative i.e.putting the value of s=0.
Hence, first increases the response but finally decreases, because the overall gain is negative.
