I think its 3rd option because in numerator there should be straight chain, in that G1 is given but not G3 so. If its a G3 in the numerator then the answer is 1st option only.

Answer is Option A.
X=[(Y.G1-X).G2+Y].G3.
=>X/Y = G1.G2.G3+G3/1+G2.G3.
But numerator of option A has G1 as sum but solution comes as G3 as sum.
X=[(Y.G1-X).G2+Y].G3.
=>X/Y = G1.G2.G3+G3/1+G2.G3.
But numerator of option A has G1 as sum but solution comes as G3 as sum.

(G1G2Y - XG2 +Y) = X.
X/Y = G3 +(G1G2G3 )/(1+G1G2).
X/Y = G3 +(G1G2G3 )/(1+G1G2).
