1. Speed of response - rapidity with which system response.

2. Measuring lag - delay in getting response.

3. Dynamic error - difference between true value and value indicated by measurement system.

4. Fidelity - change in measured quantity without change in dynamic error.

The Answer Should be fidelity due to the fact that fidelity is the difference in measured quantity regardless of its dynamic error.
