The Answer Should be fidelity due to the fact that fidelity is the difference in measured quantity regardless of its dynamic error.

There are 4 dynamic characteristics in an instrument.
1. Speed of response - rapidity with which system response.
2. Measuring lag - delay in getting response.
3. Dynamic error - difference between true value and value indicated by measurement system.
4. Fidelity - change in measured quantity without change in dynamic error.
