Substitute iw in place of S in transfer function and then by simplifying & convert it into a + ib in Complex form now.
Amplitude ratio = (Re^2 + I'm ^ 2 ) ^ (1/2) and phase angle = tan^ -1 (Im / Re) (it's tan inverse) sofor 1st order Ar is 1/ (1 + (tau*W)^2 )^(1/2) and it's less than 1.
