If here is any other substance instead of gasoline then option A would be the correct answer but because the question is about gasoline so option D is correct because Flash point of gasoline is not possible because it is very flammable.

Abels apparatus is the correct answer. Pensky-Marten's is used above 50 degrees. Abel is manually controlled flame apparatus i.e. open cup type, whereas pensky is closed cup apparatus.
