Abels apparatus is the correct answer. Penky marter's is used above 50 degree. Abel is manually controlled flame apparatus i.e. open cup type, whereas penky is closed cup apparatus.

The answer is A, because abel's apparatus used calculate < 50 temperature and you can check in below link:
