Adding more CaO favours the reverse reaction and hence, the concentration of CO2 decreases.
So, Option C is right.

According to Le-Chatelier's principle, an increase in the concentration of gaseous reactants favour forward reaction that is an increase in the concentration of gaseous products.
But here the CaO is in solid form. Therefore, it will have no effect on the concentration of CO2 (g).
