It is catalytic heterogeneous reaction as the catalyst used is Pt-Rh catalyst, which is solid.

It should be Catalytic heterogeneous reactions.

Answer should be C. I agree with the given answer.

Answer should be D.

Answer c is correct because chamber process nitrogen oxide used as a catalyst.

Answer should be D because oxidation of sulfur dioxide to sulfur trioxide using vanadium pentaoxide catalyst is a heterogeneous reaction as SO2, O2 & SO3 are gaseous while V2O5 is a solid material.

Answer is C.

Chamber process is different from contact process. Chamber process uses nitrogen oxide (g) as catalyst.

C is the answer. The lead chamber process is usually to prepare the sulphuric acid and the reactions which undergo in this process is an example of homogeneous catalysis.

Answer is C

2(SO2) + O2 --------------> 2(SO3)

So2 and o2 both are gase. So it's homogeneous.

And we use v2o5 as catalyst. So it's catalytic.

(V2o5 is solid but it's not part of the reaction its just a catalyst so it's not heterogeneous).
